Teens: have you ever had one of those 'life is good' epiphanies?

yes yes yes, I had one a little while ago. That actually happened because of a friend and what they said to me. Well more like the girl I like lol, she said she thinks I am amazing :D Hearing that from someone I love basically brought me out of depression.
