Can I get a default divorce in Mississippi if my spouse won't sign the papers?

I'm currently in the USAF and my wife is living with her new boyfriend in San Antonio, TX, she's a civilian which makes this process a lot harder. Anyways, I filed for divorce and have tried to send her the papers twice through certified mail, the first time it was a bogus address, than I sent it to her dads but she said she was too busy to pick up the papers from the post office because she only got the notice about them. And now she has a new place with her boyfriend and I have to send them there. My main concern is that she said she wouldn't sign the papers until after she gets some kind of surgery and new glasses and everything. I'm past the 60 waiting period to have a hearing. So after she physically gets the papers and signs the certified mail and my lawyer gets it back, can I go ahead and schedule a hearing since i know she is basically refusing to sign them and trying to use me for my medical benefits? If i can get a default divorce where she doesn't even have to be present how long do I have to wait after she is served the papers?
