Stemming from the why is NB&B so uptight question?

All the parenting classes tell you that breast feeding will make your child smarter and healthier, etc. and since it's free, I guess people don't understand why anyone wouldn't. I breast fed, for that reason, and both of my kids have autism, and I have a friend who didn't breast feed and her kid is the funniest, healthiest, smartest kid ever, so that's why I have stopped caring. Everyone wants to think their best is perfect, especially when it comes to your baby. But after a while you give up on that.
