Sports day? What will they do?

It was sports day today and it ended up getting cancelled half way through because of the rain and just before we went in I saw the long jump people doing it when I think I mightve had to do it to but I never heard my name be called out or nobody tried to find me. What will they do? Will the PE teachers yell at me and say why didn't you take part when your name was down or whatever? I'm terrified!
