Christians, when did you think "wait... God is real!"?

Why dont you study other philosophies? There's nothing wrong with you seeing what's out there. You could just compose your own personal philosophy out of an ecclectic range of spiritual paths. The most important thing to realize is that our parents' religion is not necessarily ours, that what we must desire above any complex philosophical/religious system is truth itself, the bare naked truth, whatever it may bring, even if it makes us uncomfortable.
