What is a good college to learn about different languages and cultures?

In the fall, I will be a senior in high school.. so i need to go ahead with deciding on a college. I'm interested in different countries and languages.. If anyone knows what college has good courses on this, please tell me! I live in Mississippi, so i would prefer a college somewhere kinda close to home.. but not too close..
