DUI and reckless Driving?

My husband’s ex-wife went out this past weekend and ended up drinking one too many beers and was pulled over in Desoto county Mississippi. She got a DUI and reckless driving ticket and was put in jail. As far as I know this is her first offense. She bonded herself out and they took her drivers license upon leaving the jail. I guess my first question would be what kind of trouble has she gotten herself into? Is she aloud to be driving right now, seeing as she doesn’t have a license? I was told she could go back to jail if she was caught driving, is this true? If anyone can help me figure this out, I would really appreciate it. I do not want to have to drive her around for the next year over this.
