Does the fact that most atheists I meet are under 30 mean anything?

I think younger people in general may be more accepting of new ideas, and therefore may be more willing than older people to break with traditional views and ideas (religion being one of them). I doubt you've met a statistically significant amount of atheists, though, so IMO your anecdata doesn't mean a whole lot of anything.
